What is LTOD?

Similar to the LTAD Framework, LTOD is a developmental pathway whereby officials follow an optimal pathway of training which includes officiating education (clinics) and physical training, as well as on-ice training/practice and competitions. The Framework addresses all officials from grassroots to high performance.

What is LTCD?

Currently Ringette Canada does not have a pathway for coaches in Ringette. The vision is to develop a pathway for coaches to follow from grassroots to high performance, including all milestone ages and LTAD stage specific player or athlete development levels that an individual must coach to be prepared to attain the next level competition.
